Dr. Imelda Angelica Cirilo began her studies at the University Of Santo Tomas College Of Science, Manilla, Philippines. She graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Dr. Cirilo received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 2007. She went on to serve as Chief Resident for the Pinnacle Health Internal Medicine Residency Program in Harrisburg, PA. Dr. Cirilo was employed by Sound Physicians as a Hospitalist for Eastern Connecticut Health Network from 2014-2017 and was the proud recipient of the ECHN 2015 Star Award for Excellence in Medical Care.
Dr. Cirilo holds a certificate from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Infectious Disease Society of America. She is dedicated to the training of family medicine residents and third year UNE medical students. Dr. Cirilo currently practices Internal and Family Medicine in Vernon, CT.
